The Amotek system is a pioneering hybrid bio-chemical reactor designed specifically for ammonia removal, the first of its kind that does not require chemical dosing. This technology is versatile, catering to various sectors including agriculture, paper mills, composting facilities, and other industrial applications.

Key Features:
– Co-current Trickling System: Engineered to effectively remove ammonia with over 99.5% efficiency.
– Broad Application: Suitable for agricultural settings and also effective for reducing ammonia emissions in paper mills, composting facilities, and various other industries.
– Future Prospects: Expected to become a leading technology for ammonia reduction, akin to the success of the TORRENTA system for H2S reduction.

Why Choose Amotek?

– Hybrid Bio-Chemical Reactor: Specifically designed for ammonia removal.
– Reliability: Offers consistent performance with few moving parts, extremely high reliability, and near-zero maintenance requirements.
– Cost Savings: Features simple installation and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
– Efficiency: Achieves over 99.5% ammonia reduction efficiency.

The AMOTEK Process (Patented Technology):

– Air polluted with ammonia and organic compounds is introduced into the system, where it is absorbed into a liquid and converted into ammonium (NH4).
– The ammonium then travels through the AMOTEK system, oxidizing to form nitrite (NO2).
– Finally, the nitrite is converted into nitrate (NO3), and the air exits the system as clean, purified air.
