During the tender phase, you will guide the customer in configuring our software in a way that is as practical and logical as possible for them. It may also happen that the customer needs extra help in standardizing and converting historical data into our software. This is where 21south makes a difference by leveraging our expertise to make the customer's life easier during this process. Before and during the go-live phases, you will conduct on-site training sessions for the customer’s management team, planners, and drivers. However, the most important aspect at 21south is the aftercare and relationship with the customer after go-live. Consistently evaluating and communicating with the customer about new needs and features from updates is the key to ensuring that 21QUBZ remains successful for our clients.

Who are you?

You are a social, problem-solving team player with experience in the waste and environmental industry. You always strike the right tone, whether it’s during a demo for a potential client, receiving feedback from current customers, addressing bugs with the development team, or enjoying team outings!

In addition, you are independent. 21south is a flat organization, so it’s important that you can work both in a team and autonomously. Being able to prioritize and independently bring structure to your work is essential. Communication is key, as your hard work impacts the rest of the platform, and vice versa.
