You are passionate about machinery and mechanisation.
Because of your strong interest in heavy rolling equipment you are already an expert in two of the following and willing to learn the third:
– Hydraulics, mechanics and electricity

You are a hands-on person by nature, you don’t like to sit still and you are eager to throw yourself into your new job at Smet Rental.

Analyzing problems to find a result-oriented solution is absolutely no problem for you, you’ re a real problem solver.

Are you also a shirker with sense of responsibility? And are you preferably already experienced in carrying out work on recycling machines, earthmoving machines, cranes, agricultural machines or similar? #wegotyou!

You will be joining a family-owned company, one where you will have the opportunity to think and grow with them.
You will work 40 hours a week. In daytime hours from Monday to Friday, within a fixed schedule.

You will be part of a close-knit team, where every day we do our utmost to keep our customers happy. A snack and drink on Friday afternoon are the rule rather than the exception, and to keep the vibe optimal, we regularly organize events or activities with colleagues.

In the work area, you will initially be supervised by our workplace manager. After some time, when you also start to carry out repairs and maintenance on site at the customer, you will often be in contact with your two colleagues from the technical department. Furthermore, you will sometimes be in contact with your colleagues from the planning department and the team is joined by some 40 passionate employees.
