Peter van Hartingsveldt starts as manager at Cyclus NV

Since the end of September, Peter van Hartingsveldt has been working as interim manager Implementation at Cyclus NV. Peter is manager Implementation and manages three team leaders, each with a large team. In order to support the employees well, the team leaders work with multiple coordinators within their department. In addition, the company office also falls under Peter. For the time being, he will fulfill this position until April 1, 2025.

Peter: ‘After the position became vacant, Cyclus wanted to fill the position quickly. They contacted Twist Group. In the end, I started here soon after. I have now been working for three weeks.

I have worked for Irado for 16 years. This organization is similar to Cyclus in many ways. What they have in common is that both organizations are strongly development-oriented. My strength lies in finding sustainable solutions for complex problems. For me, that makes Cyclus a great organization to contribute to. In addition, people here get along very well with each other.
This is the first time for me to work as an interim manager. That is really different. Changes have to take place in a short period of time and you have less time to really get to know your colleagues. For me it is exciting, but also very nice to experience. It is a nice challenge to take on. I enjoy it.’
