As a service desk employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers who have questions about our innovative platform, 21QUBZ. You can expect questions by phone and by email about the use of our platform, wishes and requests for expansion of functionality.

Are you familiar with low-code platforms such as Mendix, and do you have experience with Flutter? Do you enjoy coming up with solutions that provide immediate value to our clients?

At 21south, you won’t just maintain our 21QUBZ platform and fix bugs. Our focus is on continuously innovating the functionalities of our product to alleviate our clients from unnecessary time-consuming tasks.

During the tender phase, you will guide the customer in configuring our software in a way that is as practical and logical as possible for them. It may also happen that the customer needs extra help in standardizing and converting historical data into our software. This is where 21south makes a difference by leveraging our expertise to make the customer’s life easier during this process.

Before and during the go-live phases, you will conduct on-site training sessions for the customer’s management team, planners, and drivers. However, the most important aspect at 21south is the aftercare and relationship with the customer after go-live. Consistently evaluating and communicating with the customer about new needs and features from updates is the key to ensuring that 21QUBZ remains successful for our clients.
