Popular for their large volume and strong construction. You’ll find these pallet boxes in production plants for the storage of heavy parts as well as farming. Our pallet boxes also have many applications for recycling purposes (for example for the collection of batteries, batteries, fluorescent lamps and old paper).

Pallet boxes: volume and load capacity
Depending on their size, the pallet boxes carry up to five tonnes in the stack and up to 800 kg in the rack. Higher stacking requires less floor space. There is a choice of three bottom versions:

four feet: for the agri-industry (the boxes can be stacked without interfering with the fuits or vegetables)
two skids: better stacking, also suitable for roller conveyors
three skids: industrial use, hig load cpaacity for, for example, the recycling of car batteries or old-paper
And four versions of sidewalls:

flat inner walls, for industrial use, foldable or in one piece
slightly outward bulging walls, for maximum capacity when the pallet boxes are filled with bulk material. Also foldable or in one piece

Customer specific
An industrial mirror welding machine enables us to weld boxes together in the length and height. This allows us to manufacture extra large pallet boxes, just as strongly as if they were produced in one piece.
