Pols proudly presents the SBM Remax 600, an innovative mobile rotary crusher. This machine boasts a processing capacity of up to 500 tons per hour and is equipped with an advanced feed system that conveys materials up to 900 mm to a 1400 mm wide rotary crusher. Depending on the configuration, the machine weighs 79.8 tons. The Remax 600 is capable of processing up to 4 fractions in a single cycle. Unique features such as dual air separation and an efficient longitudinal overband magnet ensure high purity of the end products in recycling applications. As an optional addition, the SBM Remax 600 also offers the possibility of an extra cross magnet to further enhance the purity of your final products.

The machine excels in ease of use and mobility, thanks to its short setup time and the ability to transport everything in one unit. This saves time and increases productivity at various project sites. Within an hour, the machine is operational on-site, without the need for additional transports of, for example, the oversize return belt, magnet, or pre-screening belt. If desired, the Remax 600 can also be transported in 2 units.

The SBM Remax 600 is equipped with a full-hybrid drive system, which promotes operational efficiency and cost savings, with minimal environmental impact. The machine offers excellent crushing performance, supported by effective screening and conveying technologies, making it suitable for a variety of applications, including processing natural stone, asphalt, and recycling stony materials.

Furthermore, the machine is unmatched in fuel consumption per ton of crushed material, leading to lower operational costs and fewer work interruptions. The SBM Crush Control app contributes to ease of use and operational efficiency by allowing real-time monitoring and adjustment of operational parameters. This results in optimized production and a reduction in maintenance time.
